Scope and Aims
Paracelsus Proceedings of Experimental Medicine (PPExMed) is a truly multidisciplinary scientific platform dedicated to advance all fields of medicine and allied sciences. It aims at promoting knowledge of human biology in health and disease, of medical diagnostic procedures, as well as of medical therapy, prevention and care.
The Journal publishes original papers and reviews from all medical disciplines of basic science and clinics. All papers are subject to peer review and accepted papers are published open access to accomplish maximal knowledge dissemination. Paracelsus Proceedings of Experimental Medicine thus takes an active role in the concerted world wide effort to enhance medical knowledge, skill and wisdom.
Starting in 2026, the journal will publish articles on a rolling basis. Upon acceptance and finalization, each article will be made available online immediately, ensuring that new research is accessible without delay.
